The founders of JNM BROS. come from a long line of business owners in the fishing industry, and they have seen firsthand the challenges facing producers of dried seafood. They were particularly concerned about the use of unhygienic, old-school methods that often led to dried fish that lacked nutrients and was not suitable for human consumption.

Determined to make a change, Jay, Nachiket, and Miraj returned to their hometown after completing their studies in different cities. They embarked on a mission to create a revolutionary new product that would set a new standard for the industry.

JNM BROS. has developed a unique process for drying seafood that is Salt-Free, Preservative Free, and Hygienic. Unlike traditional methods, the seafood is dried in a closed environment that prevents bacteria buildup and eliminates the need for salt and other preservatives.
